When is my billing cycle?


The billing cycle is from the first day to the last day of every month. Invoices are sent out on the first day of the month for the current month of service. Depending on your chosen plan, you will either be invoiced on a monthly or yearly basis.

What is bandwidth?


Bandwidth usage is the amount of data transmitted and received on our servers. Bandwidth allotments are determined by the Web hosting plan you purchased. If your Web site exceeds the allotted bandwidth it will no longer be operational. We notify you by email when bandwidth reaches 80% or more. If your site requires more bandwidth than your current plan allows you may upgrade your service

How do I update the credit card on file for my account?


For security purposes we do not accept credit card information by phone. Credit cards can be updated online using our secure form.

How do I change the billing contact for my account?


Contact information can be updated either by emailing or by using our secure online form

When will my credit card be charged?


All credit cards set for recurring payments will be charged automatically on the following schedule:

  • Credit cards based in the U.S.: Charged on the fourth of every month
  • Credit cards based outside the U.S.: Charged on the third of every month
  • If your card is declined, Net Atlantic will attempt to charge it a maximum of three times, every six days.
